Explore a path to more compassion, peace, and wisdom
in your life

This year we will be exploring
the
 Eight Fold Path:
right view, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration.

This “path” is sometimes referred to and The Middle Way and comes from Buddhism.

It can also be seen as a secular path for how to live a compassionate, peaceful, and wise life. The focus of each topic is how to integrate meditation practice into all the messy, challenging, and mundane parts of life, helping us to live more fully in the moment, find joy in the small things, and connect more deeply with ourselves and others.

“Liz’s classes are energizing and her demeanor is very welcoming.  She helped me to integrate my practice into daily life and mitigate health issues like creaky tennis knees and vertigo.”  – Competitive athlete and corporate consultant

“I have had the privilege of attending a mindfulness meditation class with Liz. She is an excellent role model and teacher. Her enthusiasm is boundless. Her kindness and good energy are palatable. I can literally say that attending this class has changed my life because I am now able to manage my thinking and thought patterns."- Carla

“Mindfulness” = The moment to moment awareness of experience just the way it is.
